 UK and Republic of Ireland

Free standard delivery within the UK and Ireland. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered by Royal Mail within 1-3 days. Please note that deliveries to the republic of Ireland can take 5-7 working days. We also offer a next day delivery service within the UK (excludes the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands) available on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery at charged at £6.00. A signature is required on delivery. You may leave delivery instructions on your order if you are not going to be there to sign. Please provide us with a telephone number and e mail address in case we have any queries regarding your order.

Please note delivery times can take longer during busy periods.



International deliveries will be charged at £9.95. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders place after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Delivery within 7 to 10 days. A signature will be required upon delivery.



We have been advised these last delivery dates by the postal service.

Ireland – 14th December

UK – 18th December

However, we can still post next day delivery within the UK for £6.00 (last date to order to ensure delivery for Christmas is Thursday 20th December).

We will be happy to refund/exchange your order providing the items are returned complete in perfect condition within 14 days of your purchase date (21 days for international customers). The cost of returns is payable by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings.

Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
