UK and Republic of Ireland

We offer free standard delivery within the UK on orders over £15 and Ireland for orders over £100.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail and we aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. Please note, Royal Mail have been striking on several days during the Black Friday/Christmas period which may cause delays in your order being delivered. 

Please note that deliveries to the Republic of Ireland can take between 5-7 working days. During busy periods it can take up to 10 working days or more. All Ireland deliveries will be sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. You will receive an email with a tracking code.

We also offer a next day delivery service within the UK (excludes the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands) available on orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery and charged at £6.00. A signature is required on delivery. 

Please provide us with a telephone number and e mail address in case we have any queries regarding your order.

Please note dispatch and delivery times can take longer during busy periods (Christmas & Black Friday) especially to Ireland.

 

 WORLDWIDE

International deliveries will be charged at £9.95. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders place after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Delivery within 7 to 10 days. A signature will be required upon delivery.

If an item you have ordered is unsuitable please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and return it to us.

We will be happy to refund/exchange your order providing the items are returned complete in perfect condition within 14 days of your purchase date (21 days for international customers). The cost of returns is payable by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings.

Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Orders to Ireland will be charged a customs fee on arrival which is approx 20%. You will receive an email or letter from Anpost on how to pay. You can pay online and your order will be released from customs immediately.

We will automatically deduct VAT on all orders going to Ireland to make up for the custom charge.

We ship worldwide however we recommend you check your countries import rates prior to purchase if you are outside the EU.
